Puis, 2022-23, ruptures d&rsquo;approvisionnement, hausses de prix, difficult\u00e9s de recrutements. Et maintenant ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est le bon exemple d\u2019une vraie difficult\u00e9 pour le dirigeant qui doit plus que jamais prendre les bonnes d\u00e9cisions en n\u2019ayant pas toutes les informations. D\u00e9couvrez 5 points cl\u00e9s dans ma chronique parue dans Eco Savoie Mont Blanc et 3 avis d\u2019entra\u00eeneurs ou athl\u00e8tes pouvant \u00eatre mis en parall\u00e8le de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 dire \u201cJe ne sais pas !\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si on peut \u00eatre tent\u00e9 de vouloir apporter des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 des \u00e9quipes inqui\u00e8tes ou perturb\u00e9es, c\u2019est risquer de perdre en cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 que de vouloir donner des r\u00e9ponses que l\u2019on n\u2019a pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paradoxalement, un \u201cJe ne sais pas\u201d peut-\u00eatre rassurant ! Pour s\u2019adapter, il faut s\u2019appuyer sur des fondamentaux solides. Quand une organisation dispose de fondamentaux solides, on obtient une situation ou l\u2019ordinaire est g\u00e9r\u00e9. Ce qui \u00e9tait pr\u00e9visible est organis\u00e9.&nbsp;\u00c7a permet de se concentrer sur l\u2019impr\u00e9vu, l&rsquo;extraordinaire. C\u2019est bien pour \u00e7a qu\u2019un athl\u00e8te r\u00e9p\u00e8te inlassablement les m\u00eames gestes \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement, pour automatiser. A d\u00e9faut, on peut y arriver quand m\u00eame, mais c\u2019est \u201con se d\u00e9brouille\u201d avec pertes d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, tensions pour les collaborateurs et, in fine, des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019entend-t-on par fondamentaux solides dans une PME ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est, entre autres :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-lorsque les r\u00f4les, responsabilit\u00e9s, limites et moyens de communication sont clairement d\u00e9finis et r\u00f4d\u00e9s par l\u2019habitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Qu\u2019il est possible de r\u00e9pondre facilement aux questions simples : Qui fait quoi ? Avec qui ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Et quand la question de qui a besoin de quelle info, \u00e0 quel moment, sous quelle forme, est trait\u00e9e et ancr\u00e9e dans le fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Se concentrer sur la mani\u00e8re\u2026 le r\u00e9sultat n\u2019est que la cons\u00e9quence !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude porte sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments externes sur lesquels vous n\u2019avez pas de prise, concentrez-vous et invitez vos collaborateurs \u00e0 en faire autant sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sur lesquels vous pouvez agir. A commenter les d\u00e9cisions et la mani\u00e8re dont les commentateurs les commentent&#8230;On parle beaucoup, on agit peu, les clients sont d\u00e9laiss\u00e9s et le business en p\u00e2tit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Privil\u00e9giez l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 la menace !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans l\u2019ignorer pour autant, penser \u201copportunit\u00e9\u201d doit \u00eatre un r\u00e9flexe permanent !<br>C\u2019est cet \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit qui va permettre de garder les \u00e9quipes motiv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bel exemple avec Charles Delval, entra\u00eeneur de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de France de para-aviron quand les JO de Tokyo ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9s : \u00ab Il faut saisir l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de voir ce qu\u2019on peut faire comme transformation tout en ayant le recul de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le partage d\u2019une inqui\u00e9tude est l\u00e9gitime mais ne doit pas durer sous peine de voir le doute s\u2019installer ou se renforcer. Pour garder la motivation, rien ne vaut la comp\u00e9tition, pour un athl\u00e8te comme pour un collaborateur. \u00c7a permet de rester focus sur les objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les objectifs ne changent pas ! C\u2019est la mani\u00e8re qui change !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand vous ne savez pas quoi faire, demandez-vous ce qui est bon pour votre client ! Il vous le rendra !
